Industrias Unidas has an integrated and complete textile production process for our products, from the raw material to the finished fabric; It has the yarn elaboration processes, from the beginning of the opening of the raw material in the Spinning mill department, the weaving process and the finishing process of the fabric.
Our yarn production plant responds 100% to our internal needs in the weaving area.
At IUSA, we produce with the highest technology and polyester-cotton fabrics. We offer a wide variety of weights and constructions.
The fabric finishing process is one of the most critical processes in fabric manufacturing; and IUSA has special and appropriate machinery for the development of the production process with the best quality.
IUSA has a stamping area, which is developed by means of a rotary stamping machine. We have our own photogravure area, where the films of the designs to be printed are elaborated.
We have a modern specialized colour matching equipment in our laboratory that allows us to produce or reproduce any colour requested.
